What is a Colour Change Wrap
A colour change wrap is a vinyl film applied across every visible painted panel of the vehicle. Unlike PPF, which is transparent and designed to protect, a colour change wrap is an opaque film that changes the colour or finish of the vehicle entirely. Wraps are available in a wide range of finishes including gloss, satin, matte, metallic, and textured options. The choice depends on the look you want to achieve and how it complements the vehicle's lines and design language. At Executive Details, every wrap project starts with a consultation. We discuss the vision, review colour and finish options, and inspect the vehicle to confirm the paint condition and panel geometry are suitable for wrapping. Not every vehicle is a candidate for every finish, and we will be upfront about what will work and what will not.
Consultation
We start by understanding what you want to achieve. Colour, finish, whether you want a full wrap or partial accents, and how the vehicle is used. We review material options and provide visual references so you can make an informed decision before any work begins.
Inspection
The vehicle is inspected for paint condition, previous repairs, panel alignment, and any areas that may affect adhesion or finish quality. If there are issues that need to be addressed before wrapping, we flag them at this stage.
Preparation
The vehicle receives a full decontamination detail before wrapping begins. Dirt, contamination, wax, and sealants must be completely removed for the vinyl to bond properly. Panels are cleaned, dried, and prepped in a controlled environment.
Installation
Vinyl is applied panel by panel in a dust-managed bay. Edges are wrapped or tucked where panel geometry allows. Complex curves and recesses are handled with heat forming and careful technique. The goal is a seamless appearance with no visible seams or lifting points.
Quality Check and Handover
Every panel is inspected for adhesion, alignment, edge quality, and finish consistency. The vehicle is presented in our delivery bay and care instructions are provided.
What We Offer
Full Colour Change Wrap
Completecoverage of every painted panel in a new colour or finish. This is the mostpopular option for owners who want a full transformation.
Partial Wraps and Accents
Roofwraps, mirror caps, trim accents, and selected panel treatments. These areavailable as standalone work or combined with PPF on the remaining panels.
Commercial and Fleet Wraps
Brandedwraps and livery for business vehicles. We work from your brand guidelines andproduce a clean, professional result.
Pricing
Everywrap project is custom. Pricing depends on the vehicle size, the material selected, the complexity of the panels, and whether partial or full coverage is required. We provide a detailed quote after consultation and inspection. There is no standard rate card for wrapping because no two projects are the same.

Aftercare
Wrapped vehicles should be hand washed using safe, non-abrasive methods. Avoid automated car washes, high-pressure sprays directed at edges, and harsh solvents. We recommend returning to EXD for maintenance washes to keep the wrap in good condition. The lifespan of a wrap depends on the material quality, the colour chosen, and how the vehicle is stored and maintained. Lighter colours and matte finishes may show contamination more readily and benefit from more frequent cleaning.
